I have been experiencing a bit of pain in my left hip. I knew I needed to move, but wasn’t sure about the running on this workout. I decided to do it on campus. We have an indoor track but no one there seems to know what the distance on the track actually is. So, I opted for the treadmill. I’m glad I did.

I did some mobility work to get my hip loosened up.
