I’m leaving crossfit behind for good. I cannot support a company who has, as a leader, an insensitive racist at the helm.
We, as a country desperately need unity. We are damaged by COVID-19. We are damaged by a last straw act of a police officer brutally murdering a black man. We are further damaged by evidence of systemic racism pushed forward by our executive administration. We need all of our leaders and those with a big enough voice to consider this time as a time to do the right thing.
Greg Glassman took his position and his voice to make a snide, 14-year-old redneck boy joke out of all of this travesty.
I will no longer follow the mainsite programming. I am deleting all of my social media connections to those who do not make a statement against his actions. I am no longer an acolyte.
