Well that was a killer. As I said in my IG live video, my eyes were bigger than my muscles. I pushed through against my will. I broke my fast at around 1PM. I’m not fasting tomorrow. I will do my Olympic Weightlifting workout in the evening and not eat afterward until Wednesday. So – tomorrow I eat.
