I overdid it on the OLY stuff. My form collapsed near the end. I think for the next OLY workout, I’m going to use 65 on the snatch and 95 on the clean and jerk. I’ll focus 100% on form.
I got 21 double-unders. Again, it’s not the technique, it’s endurance.
The 7 minute AMRAP was fun. I felt good – speaking of endurance.
I am 3 days in to my programming and I think it’s better already.
