

I kept all of my 1k rows under 5 and went faster each round. I did a few pullups mixed in with the ring rows. I wanted to keep a faster pace so I didn’t spend too much time worrying about the pullups. If I didn’t have one in me, I switched to the rings.
I’m sticking to my “no videoing” the workout. This seems to be a wise choice. Temps are dropping so I got my tights out!
