Today I did a rectangle with 5 Burpees at each corner. The rectangle was formed by the 30 yd line the side lines and the goal line. I ran frontwards down the yardline grapevines on the side lines and backwards on the goal line. I did 4 laps of this plus 5 Burpees to get 85 and that caught me up to my 25 per day in July.
