• Update

    I am recovering from an ankle/achilles injury. I have been working out in a hit or miss fashion. Currently, I am following the CrossFit mainsite from 2008.

  • 10 Minute AMRAP

    2 Burpees, 5 KBS @1.5pd, 2 jumping pullups I got 10 rounds. It felt good to get back to the gym.

  • Amanda

    Scaled to 9-7-5 reps Muscleup progressions Power snatch @65 lbs 4:46 I am shifting my workouts to evening. My fasting/feeding window is now fast til 10AM and eat until 6PM (stopping earlier most days. This feels better.

  • AMRAP in 20 Minutes

    5 jumping pullups/10 pushups/20 bench step ups 6 rounds and a few extra pullups. I did most of the pullups with slow negatives. I skipped yesterday because I was having hip pain and the WOD included lunges and double-unders.

  • Back Squat

    1RM Back Squat Got 235 and felt a twinge. My hip was already hurting so I stopped.

  • AMRAP

    15 min 10 WBS/10 KTE/10 Box Jumps I got 3 plus the WBS and KTE of round 4. The box jumps slowed me down. I felt pretty good about the rest. I am finishing up a 36 hour (or so) fast.
