Consistency

I am back to commuting to work. We have one day per week we can work remotely, but the other 4 are 8 hours in the office.

I am getting up at 5 or before every morning. I have done 2 workouts this week but cut both short so I could get to my office by 8. Today is the first day I have woken before my alarm, feeling well rested. I am working remotely today. I will post my workout later.

I am doing a fundraiser for Mission 22 where I do 22 pushups every day for the month of November. I skipped yesterday so I could start doing them in the morning. Pushups always make me feel good. My chest and arms respond pretty quickly to them.

I have been pretty consistent lately and am happy about the results. I can see my body tightening up a bit and am feeling stronger.
