Evening

So I posted yesterday about my early morning initiative. In typical fashion, I did the opposite! Today’s workout was done at 5pm. I guess the good thing is that I didn’t shut down due to a late start. I had a rough night of light/no sleep. This is due to the fact that my diet went off the rails.

The actual workout was 7 min of 10 snatches at 75lbs and 3 bar muscle ups. The scale was definitely needed.

I got 3 rounds.
