I’m not posting the actual workout. I skipped 2 days. Today was a rest day so I did a short bit of work and mobility. My hips need a day of me working from a prone position. I did run 400m as part of my warmup. I want to do that from here on. I used to do that in the past. The way the run feels is a gauge of my progress (ot lack of it).Back at it tomorrow…in the morning – early…(I have to!)
