KB Cleans and Jumps
AMRAP 7 minutes 4 KB cleans (2L 2R) 5 Box Jumps (bench) 9 rounds I used the box jumps to practice my approach jumps.

EMOM Cleans
EMOM 15 mins Power clean 95lbs Hang clean 95lbs Was not feeling up to a big workout so I did an EMOM. I chose a light weight and focused on form. I’m getting ramped up for B4B in October.

Run Skip Jump
AMRAP 20 mins 400m run 20 DU 10 Box Jumps 24 in I got 4 rounds in. This was brutal but fun and needed.

Did an easy 10 laps. I need to check on the length of the pool. I don’t think it was 25m.
