Scaled to 9-7-5 reps Muscleup progressions Power snatch @65 lbs 4:46 I am shifting my workouts to evening. My fasting/feeding window is now fast til 10AM and eat until 6PM (stopping earlier most days. This feels better.

AMRAP in 20 Minutes
5 jumping pullups/10 pushups/20 bench step ups 6 rounds and a few extra pullups. I did most of the pullups with slow negatives. I skipped yesterday because I was having hip pain and the WOD included lunges and double-unders.

Back Squat
1RM Back Squat Got 235 and felt a twinge. My hip was already hurting so I stopped.

AMRAP
15 min 10 WBS/10 KTE/10 Box Jumps I got 3 plus the WBS and KTE of round 4. The box jumps slowed me down. I felt pretty good about the rest. I am finishing up a 36 hour (or so) fast.

Hang Squat Cleans
Hang squat clean 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps 65-75-95-105-115-125-135 These felt pretty good. Sunshine helped!

Scaled WOD
After yesterday, I decided to drop back to scaling a bit more. AMRAP in 14min Run 200m / 10 ring rows I got 6 rounds. The runs felt good.
