    I scored a 100lb heavy bag for $20. I ordered boxing gloves last night. I also finally ordered some Oly shoes. I need to get some boxing handwraps. I might just go to Walmart or Dick’s.

    I have my regularly scheduled allergy meltdown for Fall. I’m ready for the killing frost! I have vertigo so I took a light week this past week. I did a couple of workouts not worth posting about. Today I did and AMRAP and didn’t complete it. Snatches and squats and pushpresses.
