    I finally dug in and repaired the airdyne. I’ve been holding back on running due to some injuries. I really need the cardio element. So, I did this rounder. I’m still warming up with pullups, pushups, and squats. My pullups feel much improved. I can tell I am gaining strength there.

    I scored a 100lb heavy bag for $20. I ordered boxing gloves last night. I also finally ordered some Oly shoes. I need to get some boxing handwraps. I might just go to Walmart or Dick’s.
