Pullup Work

After the brutal workout with farmer carries and thrusters, I decided to take a lighter approach. I need to get my pullups up to snuff. I’ve been slacking on that move when I do my Murph rampup. So I did 1 pullup followed by 5 double-unders and 1 minute rest. I set my sights on 10 rounds but stopped after 8. My right calf/Achilles/ankle started giving me grief.
