I ran the first 400 the opposite direction I usually run. The difference is the hill is longer and less steep. I prefer the short steep hill. I had to walk half of the 2nd and 3rd 400m. I did the OHS unbroken. I did the abmats with my legs in butterfly position – more abs/less psoas.
All in all, a good workout.
