I did 5 sets of 2 snatches at 95lbs followed by 5 sets of c&j at 135lbs. I did these E2MO2M for 20 minutes. I followed each set by 2 Burpees. I finished with 10 quick hang cleans and 7 Burpees to bring the total to 25 Burpees for the day.
