    3 RFTRow 500m10 PP @ 95lbs 12:45 I am back full-circle from trying to do pre-written programs and even following th CF mainsite. I am back to following my intuition. I have plenty of knowledge and experience with programming my workouts. I can walk into my gym and know what I need to do.

  • Hang Snatch

    Hang Snatch 5×3 I use 75 lbs and worked on form. I took around 3 minutes rest between sets.

    Ha! I keep trying all these different approaches and quitting them. I am back to what worked for me in the past. I have to stop trying to find external motivation by switching programs. Crossfit mainsite it is.

    I am starting 5/3/1 today. The first order of business is to calculate my maxes. I did this today for Shoulder press. I used 75lbs and got 15 reps. This calculates (using Jim Wendler’s formula) to approximately 122lbs. This makes my training max equal approximately 111. So, I’ll use 110 as my training max.
