I’m doing grease the groove for pushups. Every hour throughout the day, I do 3 pushups. I’m on day 4 (I think). I’m already noticing that I feel better.
My diet has been less than stellar. I am ordering groceries from Whole Foods today to start getting a grip on that. I am picking anti-inflammatory foods. I will be doing the smoothie thing. Sometime soon, I need to do an extended 2 or 3 day fast.
I’m ready to add running back in to the program.
