I tested positive a month ago today. I got reasonably sick for about 4 or 5 days. After a week, I felt like doing a workout. I was cautioned by a friend of mine. So, I did some research and discovered that waiting was probably the best choice. I have had some phlegm in my lungs and have had some days when I felt overly tired. Those symptoms are waning.
I shoveled snow 3 days ago and it seemed to help. I did run out of steam. I’m not sure if that was post-COVID-19 or just that I have been pretty sedentary for a few weeks. At any rate, I decided to go very gently back into the gym.
I did a 5 minute workout and didn’t push too hard.
