I am struggling to get my habits back. Struggling doesn’t mean “no.” Struggling means I am getting them back.
I did a workout this morning. I don’t know if it really is a COVID-19 related thing or if I actually am just out of shape or if I am thinking about it too much. Honestly, it’s likely all 3. Anyway, I feel weak and winded.
