    Did an easy 10 laps. I need to check on the length of the pool. I don’t think it was 25m.

  • 10 Minute AMRAP

    AMRAP 10 mins 5 tall muscle snatch 65lbs 5 Burpees I did this as a re-entry after 4 days off. I got 5 rounds and a couple snatches.

  • Row + Burpees

    15 minute row with 5 Burpees every 3 minutes on the 3 minute. 2210m

  • Oly + Burpees

    I did 5 sets of 2 snatches at 95lbs followed by 5 sets of c&j at 135lbs. I did these E2MO2M for 20 minutes. I followed each set by 2 Burpees. I finished with 10 quick hang cleans and 7 Burpees to bring the total to 25 Burpees for the day.

  • Burpee Rectangle

    Today I did a rectangle with 5 Burpees at each corner. The rectangle was formed by the 30 yd line the side lines and the goal line. I ran frontwards down the yardline grapevines on the side lines and backwards on the goal line. I did 4 laps of this plus 5 Burpees to get…
